Anxiety and Understanding Oneself

Through story and ADST activities, students were able to identify the four main ways the brain handles stress. Students appreciated learning about it and how they can respond more positively to stress. Grade 6/7 students also completed self-reflections on their SEL journey about anxiety and re-programming the mind around negative self-talk.
