Our staff will be enhancing our efforts to improve literacy and communication skills so students can communicate their emotions confidently. 

Our resource team has been focusing on adapting our literacy intervention program throughout the year. We will also continue to support some primary students with the Orton GIllingham readingn program which has helped a small group of readers in the Spring.   Classes have also found sharing cirlcles very effective to discuss feelings, celebrate successes and to help solve any challenging situations. 

We are looking forward to continuing this journey next year with our staff and with learning services to help support us along the way.
